The same procedure as last year? ... The same procedure as every year! ... Once again a very successful event: 182 international Lego fans, great and even so many models and once again perfect accommodations!
The Center in Skærbæk offers very nice wooden bungalows. In addition to two bedrooms and a loft (for a total of 6 persons) there is a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, living room with TV and a large veranda:

Vanessa and I have used a few days before the exhibition to take some time off. We went mostly to Romo. Rømø is the island in the north of Sylt and can be reached via a bridge with the car.

On Friday evening we had an impromptu barbecue. Marcus and Jan brought along two grills and we shopped meat, salad, etc. for 36 people.

On Saturday then was the AFOLs evening. We had a good meal, a few games, an auction and the presentation of the new EuroLUG.

On Sunday evening then we have the grill fired up a second time and consumed the remains of Friday.

Since Monday this year we had no access to the Lego staff sales in Billund, Marcus, Vanessa and I used the time to visit the Surf World Cup in Westerland - Sylt. We took the ferry to travel from the island of Sylt to Rømø.
